Since version 8.10 Mistika Ultima and Mistika Boutique can send the selected timeline segments (as .rnd render jobs) to external applicaitons, either to render them in a render farm or to be processed by user scripts and customizable command lines. This is done trough the Render->Add to render queue function, and it is described in this document:
