Introduction.

sgosysinfo is a script to collect information about Mistika to help SGO Tech Support Department to diagnose or analyze a problem.

Installation of the script.

Copy the file to the Desktop.

Open a shell and become as superuser.

Change the name of the script to sgosysinfo

# mv /home/mistika/Desktop/sgosysinfo_centos /home/mistika/Desktop/sgosysinfo

Move the script to /usr/bin

# mv /home/mistika/Desktop/sgosysinfo  /usr/bin/sgosysinfo

Confirm the permission are correct with the command

# chmod 755 /usr/bin/sgosysinfo

How to use the script

Open a shell and become as superuser.

Type  sgosysinfo

The script create a text file in the Desktop starting by the serial number of the system.
